We have been making substantial investments of time and expense towards research and development in all of these areas, including designing and building the Emerald City Home and Guest House, which was awarded the ICF Builders Award in 2018 Best In Class, Large Residential. The Emerald City Project serves as both a test lab and a showcase of the wide range of technologies we have developed in house in conjunction with technologies available from other sources.
